The glossy foliage of Helleborus orientalis with flowering from February, Brunnera macr. ‘Jack Frost’ with the beautiful leaf texture and early flowering and the fine wide-spreading growth habit of Polystichum set. ‘Herrenhausen’ make for a beautiful leaf combination. Helleborus and Polystichum are evergreen.
